Me and my siblings had such a great lunch experience thanks to our server, Claudia. We came to Smokey Bones on the 10th Anniversary of our dad’s passing because it’s a restaurant he used to love. Claudia didn’t know, but she helped us have a lovely time celebrating our dad’s life on a day that can be tough for us. We are so appreciative of her kindness, good humor, and amazing service. The vibes were great and we will be coming back!

Food was very good. Had a BBQ 1/4 chicken that was moist (not over cooked) and tasted great. Had the baked beans and mashed potatoes sides. Both were good. The server was attentive and did not rush us. We had a leisurely lunch among friends. Like the calorie guidance for each menu item. Has many gluten free options.

Food was a lot better than last time but our server Jackie was fantastic my family had such a wonderful time because of her she’s so sweet and really made our family gathering even more enjoyable! Will be asking for her next time.

We arrived at 10:50 to be told that seating ended at 10:30 so we were looking at the takeout menus. The manager reminded the front desk lady that 11 was last seating so we were able to sit down. The waitress was great and the food was excellent as well. We ordered small size nachos and the brisket grilled cheese along with some cornbread. Was a great meal, especially if you are looking for something opened later in the night. I recommend the bricket grilled cheese!

First time here! I was recommended by one of my good friends! Food was delicious, hot and great presentation. I had the brisket grilled cheese and a side of macaroni and cheese. Delicious. Alexandra was a wonderful waitress. Very welcoming and knowledgeable. Thanks so much. Look forward to coming back!

To make a long story short, today we had Claudia as our server and she was amazing! She asked us for our preference on seating and she DELIVERED. She wasn't a helicopter server neither, she wasn't always hovering and she gave plenty of space while staying vigilant to our table and providing us with full drinks, plenty of napkins and as stated before her service was amazing!

I just finished eating at this place amazing customer service food is decent. My waiter was AMAZING! Very polite and is the whole reason I wrote this review I came in at around 2 pm on a Monday. He was very knowledgeable about the menu and professional. 100/10 customer service never had a waiter so polite and professional before. I tipped almost 70 percent but it still didn’t feel like enough he truly went above and beyond.

Went there for my brother's early birthday for lunch-dinner. Had an exceptional and cheerful waitress taking our orders. Both the food and service was excellent in between myself, my aforementioned brother and my parents. We got there around 3:30ish PM, so it wasn't very busy and rather pleasant so we were all able to converse without issue. And the service was relatively quick, 10 minutes or so. A good time between lunch and dinner if you will get the mouth melting rack of ribs, which my brother and father ordered. Super tender and came off the bone effortlessly. I'd personally like to bring my best buddy down here (if possible) whenever he visits from Florida. Highly recommended and no complaints from my visit on January 24th, 2026.

Our server Claudia was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL. She gave us amazing service and made the atomosphere so welcoming. THANK YOU CLAUDIA WE WILL BE BACK!!! alsooo the food was delicious but that means nothing without amazing service!
